1. Data controller

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), and (for merchants) business details.
• Loyalty activity: stamps, rewards earned and redeemed at participating venues.
• Device & usage data: basic technical information needed to operate the app.

3. How we use it

To provide the service, prevent fraud, communicate with you about your account, and improve Stampr. We rely on contract, legitimate interests, and (where applicable) consent as our lawful bases under UK GDPR.

4. Sharing

When you collect a stamp or redeem a reward at a venue, the relevant Merchant sees the activity associated with your account. We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise these, email support@stampr.life. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you signed in and to remember preferences.
