1. Who we are
Stampr™ is a trading name of TWENTY23 GROUP LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16419296 ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at support@stampr.life.
2. The service
Stampr provides a digital loyalty platform for independent UK businesses and their customers. Customers ("Shoppers") collect rewards across participating venues; businesses ("Merchants") use Stampr to issue and manage those rewards.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity carried out under your account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no fraud, no scraping, no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no using Stampr to harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
5. Merchant terms
Merchants are solely responsible for honouring rewards offered through their Stampr profile, for the accuracy of their listing, and for compliance with consumer protection law. Subscription fees, where applicable, are invoiced by TWENTY23 GROUP LIMITED.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we provide Stampr "as is" and exclude implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
